Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully repackage your curtains or blinds in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware, brackets, and instruction manuals are included.

  • 3.
    Apply Return Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
